Portland High School exists to provide an atmosphere that is conducive to the holistic development of all students through a broad based curriculum adequately prepared to develop the spiritual, mental, physical, moral and social faculties of the student.

VISION  STATEMENT

To see Portland High School upgraded to an A-class Junior College, that is economically viable and meeting the needs of students, parents, the community, faculty members and the constituency on a whole.
